GMMCC Inc. Is a non profit all volunteer organization founded in memory of the late 13 yr old Gerad Maggard (1991-2005)which is dedicated to aiding seriously ill, injured or disabled children.

Mission Statement: GMMCC Inc primary mission is to assist children with serious illness, injury, or disabilities.GMMCC Inc by holding fund raising events and/or collecting donations of funds, goods, or services, will donate proceeds to other reputable children's assistance entities such as, but not limited to, Shriner's Hospitals for Children, St Jude's Children's Hospitals or other children's hospitals or assistance programs. GMMCC Inc may also donate directly to families of an individual child who has documented medical problems and financial needs.

No officer or board member of GMMCC Inc is paid any wage or salary. The people who make up the workforce for setting up, working at, and clean up of our events is made up of a dedicated group of volunteers who also do not receive any wage or salary for their services.

In short GMMCC acts as an amplifier, utilizing donations it receives to help cover unavoidable expenses of setting up its fund raising events such as venue rental, sound system, supplies for the event, etc in the most efficient manner possible without the overhead of having paid officials or work force. In this way GMMCC can multiply the donations it receives many times over resulting in a much larger donation to the selected charity.

GMMCC will from time to time donate on a case to case basis funds, or goods or services donated to us, to an individual child who's case has been carefully documented as well as the financial need of the family to help cover expenses resulting from the child's condition.

If you believe as we do that no child stricken with a serious illness injury or disability should have to do without the medical care or other necessities needed to provide comfort and quality care due to his/her families financial situation, or that a family should be bankrupted in a desperate effort to provide such care and comfort for their child, we urge you to make a donation to GMMCC Inc.

Checks or money orders should be made payable to: Gerad Maggard Memorial Children's Charities Inc. and mailed to: Gerad Maggard Memorial Children's Charities Inc, 4660 Carter Caves Road, Olive Hill, Kentucky, 41164. A donation receipt for your kind donation will be promptly mailed to you upon receipt of your donation for your records and tax purposes.

As the president of Gerad Maggard Memorial Children's Charities which bears the name of my late son, I assure you that every donation is received with heart felt gratitude and that every dollar received will be accounted for and utilized to produce the maximum effect toward the goals set forth in our mission statement.
